Micro Learning and how can it be integrated into documentation

Do you know what TL;DR is?
Too long; didn’t read… meaning a post, article, or anything with words was ignored because of its length… ever happened to you?

Do you know what the attention span of a goldfish is? 9 sec… Millennials have the attention span of a goldfish…

Taking this into consideration, we offer a different approach to documentation – Micro learning.
Micro Learning is a holistic approach for skill-based learning and education which deals with relatively small learning units. But it is actually more than just bite-sized training assets. Micro Learning is focused, and offers just the right amount of information necessary to help a learner achieve a specific, actionable objective. This makes Micro Learning especially valuable in business contexts.
In our presentation, we will explain the methodology of Micro Learning and show how we can use practical ideas to make our documentation better and more user-centric. Our session will be engaging and interactive, and will provide practical take-aways that you can implement in your daily work to make an impact.

List of Take-Aways the attendee can expect from attending our session:
• Practical methods for making documentation more focused
• Methodology to create documentation that is valuable to the user and to the business
• Documentation that is available exactly when needed, on time
