Examining Systematic Biases in Bots and The Growing Need for Content Operations
Artificial intelligence is not neutral, and as companies rush forward to get into the bot game, it’s important to address systematic bias at the algorithmic level.
We’ve already seen sexist and racist biases creep in around the edges. It’s our responsibility as authors to look at how we develop information, to prevent passing along conscious or unexpected bias to our users.
