Without usability, tech doesn’t matter. R&D teams around the world are developing ground-breaking innovations but the real impact of their work is dependant on people understanding, using, and enjoying what they’ve built. Microcopy plays a critical role in giving the masses access to complex, technical products by making them simple to use.
